Yesterday, I managed to run for an hour, covering a little over six miles. I maintained my heart rate in Zone 2 for most of the run, with an average heart rate between 135 and 140. This week, I reached a total of 24 miles, matching my highest mileage in the last three months.

I've scheduled an appointment with a physical therapist to explore Graston Technique treatments for a mild case of plantar fasciitis in my right foot. While it's currently under control, I'm concerned it might worsen with the increase in my running mileage. I've had positive experiences with the Graston Technique in the past, though I anticipate the therapist may suggest additional treatments.

Today, I plan to stick with Zone 2 running for another hour, aiming to hit a weekly total of 30 miles. Reaching 30 miles is where I start to consider my running volume substantial. I'm confident that maintaining this consistency will lead to improvement.
